Internship position 2026
An internship with us is the perfect introduction to your future career as a Qualified Childcare Practitioner (Children). You will get to know daily nursery life from the ground up, build trusting relationships with the children and gain valuable experience that will give you a real head start when you begin your apprenticeship.
While others are still discovering many things for the first time in their first year of training, you will already be familiar with routines, processes and educational foundations. Together with you, we will work on key professional skills during your internship year, which you can then build on purposefully during your apprenticeship.
With motivation, heart and commitment, the door to an apprenticeship in the following year is open to you — as this position is generally reserved for our interns.

Apprenticeship – FaBe Childcare
Each year, we offer one apprenticeship as a Qualified Childcare Practitioner (FaBe), specialising in childcare. This position is usually awarded to one of our interns. If you are motivated to work with children and are looking for a solid, well-founded training programme, we look forward to receiving your application!
